Mark
Mark has been in the jewelry and loan business for over fifty years. He is an expert in all facets of the jewelry business. He is well known from all over California and is held in the highest regard due to his honesty, sincerity, dedication, knowledge, and kind heart. As manager of one of the largest shops in Los Angeles for thirty three years, he has earned the respect of thousands and a name worth more than its weight in gold.
Cory
Big C Jewelry & Loan is named after Cory, who originally began the business back in January of 2004. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics. After working for years side by side his well known father, Mark, he opened Big C Jewelry & Loan. He has approximately twenty years experience in the industry and graduated first in his class from the world renowned Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in 2008.
Heath
Heath is a graduate of California State University Northridge, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Eager to join Cory in his entrepreneurial vision, he was actively involved in the establishment and development of Big C Jewelry & Loan. In 2008, he graduated from GIA at the top of his class, where he acquired a degree in Diamond Certification to compliment his ten years experience in the industry.
Val
Valarie is Mark’s wife of more than 43 years and as such has learned much of the business from working alongside him. Val has over twenty years experience in jewelry sales and is always eager to help customers understand the value of precious metals, diamonds, and color stones. Her patience, kind heart, and warm demeanor make her a pleasure to work with and an incredible asset to our thriving business.
