What services do you offer?
We buy scrap gold as well as any jewelry with gold, platinum, or silver. We also have a vast inventory of jewelry for sale. We also offer cash loans on jewelry as collateral.
What are your hours?
We are open 9:30am-5pm Monday through Saturday.
Do you make custom jewelry or do jewelry repairs?
No. Unfortunately we do not make custom jewelry or do jewelry repair.
Do you do layaway?
At the moment, we do not.
Do you do trade-ins?
Yes, we can assess the trade-in value of any amount of scrap gold or piece of jewelry and you can trade it in toward an item here at any time.
What methods of payment do you accept for redeems or purchases?
Cash, credit, and debit are all accepted for sales. However, for loan redemptions and interest payments, only cash and debit cards are accepted.
What is your return policy?
Within 3 days of purchase, an item can be traded in toward a different item, but we do not do returns.
Do you accept Cashapp or Apple Pay?
At the moment, we do not.
What can I get a loan on?
We accept jewelry and gold/silver coins as collateral (no electronics or hard goods such as tools and instruments).
How long is the loan term for?
The loan term is for 4 months.
Can I pawn more than one item?
Can I pawn broken jewelry?
I can't get my pawn item out when it's due. What are my options?
You can pay interest and extend the loan for 4 more months. The interest fee varies depending on the loan amount and can be found either on your pawn ticket or by calling us at 310-672-7034 and inquiring.
I lost my pawn ticket. Will I be charged?
No, we do not charge for lost pawn tickets.
Can someone else redeem my item?
No. Only the pawnee can redeem the item.
